BREIF
This project is about “Point of View”, we were asked to make a 30s film with this topic. My point is about “Don’t cross a red light”. The reason of choosing this topic is that I really hate people who cross the red light. It’s not about my personal experience, it’s just the education and the facts gives me that thinking. In my opinion crossing the red light is not only disrespect for their own life, but also disrespect for others life. Of course, this does not include the people who are really in emergencies, such as a doctor is rushing to save the patient’s life. Otherwise, I think crossing the red light is very irresponsible. One good thing is last year I saw a lot of people crossing red light, however, this year I really found most of people were waiting for the green light which made me very happy.
And my animation is about a character crossed a red light and be hit by a car. I thought my animation is more like a traffic safety video at first, so tried to make it in a funny way.
REFLECTION
To be honest, my final animation is better than I thought. But after watched other classmates’ works and compare with the examples in the class, I really think my work have so many problem, such as the frames are too boring and the sound doesn’t work very well. I will try to promote these parts in the future terms.
